I began teaching in 1995. My undergraduate degree (B.S.M.E.) is from Auburn University. I am a Mechanical Engineer and a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). I have a Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) from the University of South Alabama. I have been married to my lovely wife, Sherry, for over 40 years and we have 2 wonderful children: Joshua, who is married to Emily Thinnes, and Celia, who is married to Aaron Lerch. Sherry and I have two beautiful grandchildren, Shoshana Helen Lerch and Archer Mendel Lerch.
