I began teaching in 2014, at Girard Middle School, Dothan, AL. I also painted the mural in their gymnasium! I received my Bachelors in Fine Arts, with Painting, Ceramics, Drawing, and Intaglio being my favorite subjects, from William Carey University, and my Masters in Educational Leadership. I am married to my beautiful wife, Elizabeth Rothering. Married now since 2017 and have recently rescued a puppy. I am an artist, meaning that even while not at school, I still have stains on my clothes! My hobbies are too numerous to list, however, at the moment I am painting miniatures and building a computer.
