Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator

Coach Lowell enters his 12th year at MGM and 3rd year as head coach. For the 2012 season, he will also be serving as the  Offensive Coordinator. He also teaches U.S. History at MGM. After graduating from Theodore High School, he signed to play baseball for the University of Alabama, where they won the SEC Championship in 1996. He finished his career in 1999 at the University of South Alabama. Coach Lowell graduated from the University of South Alabama where he received his Bachelor's degree in Secondary History Education.

He is married to the former Nici Prine who received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Also, they have a daughter, Taylor Marie, that is 4 years old. And they are very excited about their new addition to the family in April of next year.

Quarterbacks

Coach Dearmon will be entering his third year at MGM. For the past two seasons he coached Wide Receivers for the Vikings, however, this year he will be coaching Quarterbacks. Coach Dearmon graduated from Davidson High School in 1999, where he played Quarterback for 4 years. After High School he went on to attend the University of South Alabama, graduating with a B.S. Degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education. He is married to Amanda Jordan Dearmon, who is a graduate of MGM. The Dearmons' have one daughter, Adalynn Leighann Dearmon, who is 1.

Wide Receivers

Outside LineBackers

Coach Kubik has been coaching for the Vikings for 5 years.

He has coached both offensive and defensive lines. This year he will coach the defensive line again after two years on the offensive side of the ball.

Coach Kubik also serves as the recruiting coordinator and strength and conditioning coach.

Cornerbacks

Coach Josh Touchstone begins his seventh year at M.G.M. where he will be coaching cornerbacks. He is a 1999 graduate of MGM where he was named MVP his senior football season. Coach Touchstone went on to play baseball at the University of South Alabama and later signed a professional contract with Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He is also Head JV Baseball Coach for the Vikings. Coach Touchstone graduated from USA with a BS degree in Business Finance. He  is currently working towards a Master's Degree in Education. Josh and his wife Chastity have a beautiful 2 year old daughter named Kaylei Renee'.
